Session Summary:

The last several years have presented challenges and experiences that continue to impact jurors’ attitudes, concerns and decision-making mindset in many different ways. The shared principle that has emerged is that there is less trust in others across the board and more division when it comes to facts and what we each “know” to be true. These ever-fluid times require strategies that likewise evolve to meet jurors where they are rather than try to pull jurors where we want them to be. We’ll discuss how these factors influence case presentation and persuasion particular to brain damage cases.
