Cognitive Rehabilitation in the Real World: Merging the Evidence Base With Individual Needs
Tessa Hart, Ph.D., is an Institute Scientist at Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute, where she directs the Traumatic Brain Injury Clinical Research Laboratory. A Clinical Neuropsychologist by training, Dr. Hart studies outcomes of TBI and innovative treatments for cognitive and emotional disorders. She has published nearly 100 professional articles and chapters on brain injury rehabilitation, and has served on numerous state and national advisory boards, review panels, and editorial boards. Dr. Hart is a Fellow of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine and is on the Research Faculty of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Jefferson Medical College. She has received awards for her work from Division 22 of the American Psychological Association, Rusk Institute, the Einstein Society, and the Brain Injury Association of Pennsylvania.
