Poster Display Guidelines
- Display boards will be provided by the Congress to ensure uniformity of display.
- At least one poster author must attend the session at which the poster is featured.
- Dates and times of sessions will be provided in the official program.
- Descriptions of posters selected may be incorporated in a conference syllabus and used in press briefings (in consultation with the authors).
Instructions for Poster Presentation
Poster size
Shall not exceed 70 cm in width and 1 mt in height (27.5" x 39.37"), including title, name of authors, and affiliation.
Illustrations
All illustrations and lettering shall be made beforehand and brought to the congress in a form ready for display. It is not allowed to draw any
kind of illustration or lettering on site.
Material to be used
Posters shall be mounted with scotch-tape.
Poster number
The number corresponding to your abstract will be posted at the top of the board. Use the board with this number when setting up your poster.
Mounting of the posters
Posters shall be mounted from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm on Monday May 7th, and removed by yourself from 6:00 to 6:30 pm on Tuesday May 8th.
The Organizers are not responsible for any item, including posters, left in the room after this time.
Poster Display
Monday May 7th and Tuesday May 8th.
Poster Discussion
At least one of the authors is required to attend his or her position according to the following timetable:
On Monday May 7th from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm - Posters from 1 to 64
On Tuesday May 8th from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm - Posters from 65 to 128
Please note:
- Facilities for projection (slide or video) are not available at the site of poster presentation
- In case you cannot attend the congress, please notify the Organizing Secretariat promptly
- If you have not yet registered, please do so as soon as possible
- A snack will be available for poster presenters near the Poster area.
