Long Term Management of Severe TBI in Europe – The Value of a Network
Dr. Neil Brooks trained as a clinical psychologist, then began clinical and academic practice in neuropsychology, eventually running the graduate program in clinical psychology in the University of Glasgow, where he was Professor in the Department of Psychological Medicine until 1993. He has written a text book dealing with head injury, many chapters of text books, and numerous papers for professional journals. He now practices in clinical and forensic neuropsychology, and with his wife Cathy Johnson, runs Rehab Without Walls, a rehabilitation and medicolegal practice, in Milton Keynes. Dr Brooks continues to be actively involved in clinical work, assessing, treating and managing patients who have suffered a brain injury.
