Irving I. And Felicia F. Rubin Family Brain Injury Research Fund

The International Brain Injury Association administrates the Rubin Family Brain Injury Research Fund on behalf of Mr. Irving I. and Mrs. Felicia F. Rubin, and Mr. Byron H. Rubin. The areas of research supported by this Fund include problems relating to impairments in cognitive functioning and long-term sequelae regarding quality of life, treatment outcomes, medical complications and family interventions.

Every year approximately $400,000 is made available for research. Research projects are limited to a maximum of $100,000 grant for a one-year period.

 


Grants for the year 2000 were recently awarded for the following new research projects:
