Valentina Manfredi





Valentina Manfredi received her M.Sc. in Psychology at the University of Pavia in 2006. She then obtained her Ph.D. from the same university in 2011, with a thesis on defence on “Spatial metric perceptions in right brain damaged patients”. She received her cognitive-behavioural psychotherapy specialization in 2015. From 2011 Valentina participated in research projects related to assessment and cognitive rehabilitation with patients with neurological diseases (i.e. dementia, stroke, epilepsy). Since 2015, she works as a neuropsychologist and cognitive and behavioral psychotherapist at the Scientific Institute Eugenio Medea (Lecco, Italy). In her team, she follows children and adolescents with acquired brain lesions of different origins (traumatic, infectious, anoxic, vascular etiology) both during the post-acute phase and the rehabilitation
