Biography

Susanna Galbiati received her M.Sc. in Psychology at the University of Padova in 1998 with a defence on “Executive function deficits in brain injury patients”. She then obtained a cognitive and behavioural psychotherapy specialization. She specialized in assessing and treating cognitive deficits in children and adults. From the year 2000, she worked as a neuropsychologist and cognitive and behavioral psychotherapist at the Scientific Institute Eugenio Medea (Lecco, Italy). In her team, she follows children and adolescents with acquired brain lesions of different origins (traumatic, infectious, anoxic, vascular etiology) both during the post-acute phase and the rehabilitation. She is an author of international publications. From the year 2008, she has been a teacher at Master of Neuropsychology "Neuropsychology of development".
