Soffiani Valentina





Soffiani Valentina currently has a Research fellowship from Bambino Gesù Children Hospital, to work on the assesment and improvement of postural control and Rehabilitation through therapeutical exercises to make on an instable platform administering postural perturbations. Particular attention is reserved to the role of visual information and the sensory sources that can be integrated during the postural training.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in “Neuro and psychomotor Therapy of the Developmental Stage” from the College of Medicine and Surgery at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, in Rome with a final grade of 110/110 and she completed her master’s Degree with Master of (MSc) Rehabilitation Science, University of Florence, 104/110.

She focused her studies in the rehabilitation field with Neuromotor Impairment due to brain injuries. She took part to the theoretical-practical course, "The reeducation of infant cerebral palsy and similar neurological conditions, according to the Bobath method", that is officially recognized by the certificate of European Bobath Tutors Association.
