Simone Gazzellini





Simone Gazzellini PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist, cognitive psychotherapist and researcher at the Pediatric Neurorehabilitation division and the Movement Analysis and Robotics Lab (MARLab), Department of Neuroscience and Neurorehabilitation, of “Bambino Gesù” Children Hospital (Rome-Italy).

His major research interests focus on the cognitive processes of motor control, attention and sensory integration, particularly in pediatric patients with congenital and acquired cerebral lesions employing EEG, fMRI and behavioral techniques.     

He is a member of the Italian Neuropsychology Society (SINP), Italian Association of Psychology (AIP - section of Experimental Psychology), Italian Society of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (SITCC) and has published several peer-review articles on attention deficit, movement disorders, pediatric brain injury and cognitive processing.
